On December 20, 2025, the Japan NPO Center (JNPOC) published “NPO Management Support Workbook: 12 Perspectives for Organizational Growth.”

This practical workbook identifies 12 essential perspectives for fostering organizational resilience, with a core focus on “Stakeholder Management”—a critical skill for non-profits navigating an era of rapid change. The content was developed through extensive discussions with leaders from NPO support organizations across Japan, who also contributed to the writing of each chapter based on their field expertise.

Each section includes a dedicated worksheet, making it an ideal resource for internal workshops, staff training, and strategic planning. While the current edition is available in Japanese only, we encourage our international partners and readers to download the PDF and explore the content using machine translation tools.

Looking ahead, JNPOC plans to collaborate with these leaders from NPO support organizations to conduct training sessions and workshops utilizing this workbook to support NPOs nationwide.
